I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Last week I had the best experience in decades of buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful natu buying/leasing vehicles. Ken Delk and Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, responsiveness and helpful nature getting me into the vehicle I wanted was extraordinary. Ken's time to introduce me to the BMW brand, his level of knowledge and interpersonal skills were exceptional. The experience from Ken and Robert was a stark contrast to the treatment I received from another Cleveland area BMW dealership which turned me off to the BMW brand 2 years ago. I greatly appreciate the work of Ken Ganley, Ganley BMW, Ken Delk and Robert Strecker for making the dreaded experience of acquiring a vehicle a pleasure. With the addition of the new BMW from Ganley BMW we now have 3 vehicles from Ganley dealerships and I could not be happier with their consistent level of professionalism and customer service. More
