I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. I visited BMW Ganley and dealt directly with Ken Delk. I purchased a car from him a couple years ago and I felt the need to only deal with him again. My last experience was exceptional and those are people purchased a car from him a couple years ago and I felt the need to only deal with him again. This is my third BMW the car speaks for itself but the staff at Ganley BMW is the best. i originally had gone to 2 other BMW dealerships before i purchased my 1st car and as soon as i walked into Ganley i staff at Ganley BMW is the best. i originally had gone to 2 other BMW dealerships before i purchased my 1st car and as soon as i walked into Ganley i knew this was the place i wanted to purchase my car everyone goes out of their way to be kind and considerate. Ken Delk has been my salesperson for my 3 cars and he is very knowledgeable and makes the whole experience a simple task. i met Robert Strecker for the first time and he also went out of his way to make my deal simple, and quick! i will always buy a BMW and will always go to Ganley to lease my vehicle in the future. I have purchased 5 BMW's from Ganley BMW. I have seen new employees who seem committed and enthusiastic to customer care. I see a noticeable improvement in service compared to 2007. The reputation of t new employees who seem committed and enthusiastic to customer care. I see a noticeable improvement in service compared to 2007. The reputation of the dealership of bmw middleburg heights is going up over the 2 years which coincides with some management changes I suspect. I have dealt with many of the new car sales team and I am impressed how helpful when the primary sales person was not available. Roland was a great addition to service. When Ken is not available I feel comfortable with the other team members and Robert Strecker GM is always available to address any concerns. I am looking forward to taking my bmw's to the new ganley bmw when they relocate. More
