I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. Excellent buying experience! This is our second car purchased through Ken Delk, and he was helpful, patient and considerate as usual without a hint of pressure. Frank Steffen went the extra mile to ma purchased through Ken Delk, and he was helpful, patient and considerate as usual without a hint of pressure. Frank Steffen went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car we wanted from another dealer, and then exceeded our expectations on price. Mike Hall actually made signing the paperwork an informative and enjoyable experience. Ganley remains our go to BMW dealer even though there are two dealerships closer to our home. More

Overall I had a good experience at Ganley BMW. The price I paid for my car including trade-in was good. Ken Delk and Ganley BMW provided a great buying experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 5 experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 535 home for an evening for an extended test drive. At the delivery of the car Ken spent considerable time to make sure I understood all of the functions inside the new 535. He also offered his time if I needed to come back with additional questions. The 535 was the car for me compared to the Audi A6 and Lexus GS350. More

Jeremy Galvin here again...why? Good question. I am online reviewing another new car lease from Ganley because my 2011 335d saved my life. Late one night I hit some black ice on a country road at abou online reviewing another new car lease from Ganley because my 2011 335d saved my life. Late one night I hit some black ice on a country road at about 55 mph. As I slid sideways the back of the car in the ditch & the front on the wrong side of the road I hit a driveway with a pipe for the ditch & a steel I-beam to support the driveway. At this point I blacked out but according to the witness the driveway acted like a pole vault & my first flip was a full airborne corkscrew landing on the driver side nose, then flipping end over end 3 more times. They had to cut the roof off of the car to get me out but I walked away with only a couple broken bones...A few days later someone asked me "so are you going to get another Bimmer?" I replied "The last one saved my life so better believe I am!" So I lease a brand new 2012 BMW X3 Msport...man is it incredible...they had a red one, I told Kenny I wanted a Silver one with every single option. The day I got out of the hospital from a minor operation I cruised through the lot with my sister. In the back, JUST IN, the exact X3 I said I wanted, I called Kenny & I said "Dude, did you order that car just for me? It's exactly what I said I wanted” He says "Yeah I know a few people around here" I reply "Bro you are amazing I will see you tomorrow, have it ready." The next day I arrived, the car was ready & I was out of there in just a couple hours with my new X3 Msport! Thanks again to, Ken, Mike, Fred, Jim & the whole team at Ganley BMW whom never give me or anyone I have sent their way anything less than 110% dedication. For that this is "My" BMW dealer...Period. More

From the beginning, John Caruso, made my experience a pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. John also made arrangements for ,Ken Delk, to handle my transaction when he would be on vacation before the sale closed. Ken was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain everything about the car to me. I would highly recommend this dealership. I really appreciate how they took the time to listen to me and gave me a car that I am truly happy with. Fred Palmer was also very, very helpful and professional. However, I gave the overall experience 4 out of 5 because I think a play area for kids could be added. I had to have my 3 young kids with me at the dealership, and each time I went, I was somewhat distracted because I had to keep making sure they were nowhere near the cars in the building/lot. More

My experience at Ganley BMW was excellent. Sales people teamed up to make sure all my questions were answered and service was provided in the most timely manner. Follow up was great.
