Always friendly, professional and do great work! I live 5 minutes from Knauz but drive 1/2 hour to Northfield because Ken is great and always takes great care of me. Ken Dunaway is the Best My car stalled. Called Autohaus and talked to Ken. AAA got the car started. Drove right to Autohaus. They took the car in immediately and fixed it wit My car stalled. Called Autohaus and talked to Ken. AAA got the car started. Drove right to Autohaus. They took the car in immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. I've gotten to know Ken over the past several years as my little 2001 SLK convertible ages and requires some additional TLC. He takes wonderful care of it. His technical knowledge is terrific and his customer service skills are superb. More

Ken (service manager) is fantastic. I took my car in for a B service and a trans & brake fluid service. Ken and his master technician were very accommodating and took the time to thoroug I took my car in for a B service and a trans & brake fluid service. Ken and his master technician were very accommodating and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I am very particular about my cars and this one in particular. They did everything I asked and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be taking all of my MB's to Autohaus of Edens from here on out. Thanks again. More
