Great service! Ken has gone out of his way to make sure my car is in great shape. Even though I bought my car used and it is out of warranty he has treated me as if Ken has gone out of his way to make sure my car is in great shape. Annual service and a tire leaking air. Service was done promptly and efficiently. I did have an issue when the tire leaking air continued to leak after the service repair, but Ken resolved Service was done promptly and efficiently. Great team! Jim in service took time to listen to my concerns, set me up with a drop off time and loaner that was convenient to me. When I arrived, Ken and Cindi Jim in service took time to listen to my concerns, set me up with a drop off time and loaner that was convenient to me. When I arrived, Ken and Cindi took care of everything I needed. They stayed in touch throughout the day and resolved my issues. Cindi took the time to connect my bluetooth and make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle. Each time I'm there, every single employee who crosses my path makes eye contact, says hello, holds the door open...Autohaus on Edens has managed to find crew/team members who know what customer service is all about. More
