This was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens Service. Overall, I would say the experience was solid and I would return. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my estimated time to completion was mi Service. Overall, I would say the experience was solid and I would return. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my estimated time to completion was missed because the dealership was so busy. While that piece is understandable, I was not notified that I would be without my vehicle one additional night until I called/texted the dealership at the end of the day (5:30p) to pick up my car. However, Ken agreed there was a lack of communication and addressed it by compensating me with a light discount on my purchased products and services. I liked Ken and would work with him again. The services performed were top notch and the car is running perfectly - as expected by taking the car to a Mercedes dealership. In sum, the experience was a very good one but could have been excellent had communication been more fluid. More
