Routine maintenance On a normal service, mechanic found several gasket leaks on the heads and transmission. Everything fixed perfectly. I had a loaner the whole time. Always so easy to come here for service , This service center is a pleasure, They organized. My loaner was gassed and ready , They paired my phone to the loaner and got out in 5 minutes, This service center is a pleasure, They organized. Autohaus on Edens - First Class Service and Communication I recently had to bring my Mercedes Benz in to address a recent recall regarding the airbags. Each time I visit Autohaus on Edens I am immediately greeted by Julie Michel and the professional and courteous staff who provide first class service and communication from the beginning to the end of my service journey. Tom Lood, Ken Dunaway, and Eddie Garcia are all extremely knowledgeable and transparent when communicating service options, cost and alternative transportation while my car is being serviced. I never have felt pressured or misinformed and the service experience is exactly what you would expect it to be from Mercedes Benz. More

Plenty of gratuitous lip service but no follow through. I had two issues with my newly purchased car. After four trips to the service department and several weeks in total with my car gone in for service, m I had two issues with my newly purchased car. After four trips to the service department and several weeks in total with my car gone in for service, my car remains with the same two issues. They were unable to repair either issue and most often did not call me back when they said they would. So, I am now left with a new car that is not repaired and they appear to have washed their hands of me. This forces me to take it up with the general manager and to seek legal counsel. What should have been a wonderful and pleasant experience, driving my new Mercedes Benz has turned into a nightmare. More
