Since our timeline was very uncertain, we were very concerned about securing a vehicle that was affordable, met out needs, and would be available!!!! Ken took all the guesswork out of everything!!! He ironed out all of the details and provided us with options which met our needs. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed into a situation we were not comfortable with. The most enjoyable part was watching him take the time to speak directly to our daughter and explain to a young college kid how to work the computer system!!!! Ken Harris answered our inquiry call to see if the van we were interested in was still on the lot. He checked the computer and said yes, but went one step better, ran outside to make absolutely sure. Ken was polite, courteous and patient with my many questions about all the new features on the van. No haggling over price, offered us the available discounts, made suggestions, no running back and forth to drag out the process, straightforward in the very best way. It made car buying a pleasure. He took us over to the service department, located in another building down the street, to introduce us to the staff and set up our first service appointment.
