Ken Harris answered our inquiry call to see if the van we were interested in was still on the lot. He checked the computer and said yes, but went one step better, ran outside to make absolutely sure. Ken was polite, courteous and patient with my many questions about all the new features on the van. No haggling over price, offered us the available discounts, made suggestions, no running back and forth to drag out the process, straightforward in the very best way. It made car buying a pleasure. Ken, can't thank you enough, we will be calling you for our next car!! He took us over to the service department, located in another building down the street, to introduce us to the staff and set up our first service appointment. My husband purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (new design) as a surprise for me. I had been leasing my vehicles for years, and it was time to switch over to ownership. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L w 8K miles. Ken was friendly, patient, professional and responsive during and after the sales process. 5-stars for sure. I have had three issues: 1. the ph Ken was friendly, patient, professional and responsive during and after the sales process. 5-stars for sure. I have had three issues: 1. the phone thru the carplay will occasionally cut out an not function. Will need to route the sound of the phone through the phones speaker while driving.. 2. the music through carplay occasionally will change to sound like its coming through a cheap radio speaker. I turn the vehicle off completely then start it up again and the issue is resolved. 3. the seat position has had to be reset occasionally / multiple times as it becomes "unset' for an unknown reason. I took the car into its first servicing and the CSR there was not helpful. Friendly but just pushing me through the process...the vehicle is comfortable and drives well - its my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee and i like it generally but these electrical-based features have bugs that need to be resolved considering how much i paid for the vehicle. More
