I was looking for a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. When we picked it up, we ended up experiencing an issue with the radio after we headed away from the dealership. They had us come right back, gave us a loaner vehicle to get home with and then brought the vehicle back to us when the radio was fixed. Klaben Jeep is clearly committed to complete customer satisfaction and I intend to buy my next Jeep from them, even though it is a 3.5 hour drive. Well done! More
