Don Jacob’s was a great salesman but unfortunately we had someone else helping us, and it wasn’t the best experience at all. He tried showing us a sporty car that was for someone much younger and $10,000 mor someone else helping us, and it wasn’t the best experience at all. He tried showing us a sporty car that was for someone much younger and $10,000 more than even the car we were looking for. Then when we bought the car he couldn’t take our credit card for $10,000 so he sent us to Huntington branch at the near GiantEagle which hadn’t been 5he red for several years, so we had to scramble to find a Huntington branch to get to before the closed on a Saturday leaving us 15 minutes. Just too stressful. Then a few weeks later we received a letter (which I called and the guru that was in financing left Klaben) and the letter said we couldn’t get a loan, which we already got the loan and the car, not to mention we take pride in having exceptionally high credit rating!! The new person in financing said it was sent in error that someone pushed the wrong button on the computer?? after purchasing several cars and leasing 3 vehicles in the past several years, we think we won’t be dealing with Klaben any longer. In the past the distance wasn’t a problem because we were treated very well. This last experience was terrible! More
