I recently purchased a 2023 RDX and could not be happier that John was my salesman. There was no sales pressure and he answered all my questions. Buying any car is a stressful experience and John made me fe that John was my salesman. There was no sales pressure and he answered all my questions. I stopped by here 5 o’clock in the afternoon without an appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with me right away and go for a ride. He heard the noise too, so he put it up on the rack and discovered the wheel was no longer around. Apparently I hit a pothole during the recent snowstorm. They told me the car was OK to drive, come back in a couple of days and they will try to either replace or fix the wheel. Ken had his guy repair the wheel at a minimum cost and the car now runs great. They also gave me a loaner to use while the guy was working on the car. Ken and the mechanic went out of their way to help me and it was a very nice experience. Every experience I’ve had with this dealership has been five stars. Highly recommend this place. More

Our family had a great experience with Woodfield Acura when purchasing our new vehicle. Matt and Bobby in the sales department were not only friendly but very patient and they wanted to make sure that we when purchasing our new vehicle. Matt and Bobby in the sales department were not only friendly but very patient and they wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. Myles in the finance department made the paperwork process very easy but made sure that I understand the important things. Ken, who had been taking care of my old 2009 Acura RDX for years in service department, came out to congratulate our purchase of new Acura ADX. I am happy to know that the same dedicated team will be there when I need help in the future. Thank you all for your help. More

I bought my first Acura-a 2003 TL from Muller’s and have been with them ever since! They are outstanding! Mark is the service manager and never fails to greet me warmly and makes a point to chat with me. Ke been with them ever since! They are outstanding! Mark is the service manager and never fails to greet me warmly and makes a point to chat with me. Ken is who I see when I bring the car in for any service and is always friendly. My cars have always been so reliable-it’s just usually just maintenance which I always do. I’ve had several sales people but this time I had Lance who was just outstanding! His knowledge of Acuras is amazing and really went out of his way to answer all my questions. I so appreciated it! I’ve always dealt with Miles in finance and I can’t sing his praises enough! He has become a friend and always greets me when I come in. I went to several other dealerships before buying my 2025, but I never got the same feeling walking in there as I do at Muller’s. That was a huge consideration for me. I have to drive a bit to get to Muller’s but it is so worth my time for such excellent service!! Thank you all! More

The reason I buy Acuras is because I love my MDXs and I will only get them from Mullers. Why? Because the whole experience is top shelf. Sales, service, and financing. Attention to detail. Just today I made an appointment with Lance Dailey to dial in my settings on my new2025 Aspec Advance. Lance had me pull into a service stall. He completely set me up and I was on my way in 30 min. Enough said? MDX number 5 on the road from Mullers. Easy and Simple. Way to go Mullers! More
