Expensive service and deceptive sales. Recently tried to buy new used car and was told I had to finance when I was paying cash. This was not conveyed to me prior to my visit. Also this vehicle has a musty buy new used car and was told I had to finance when I was paying cash. This was not conveyed to me prior to my visit. Also this vehicle has a musty odor that has never been addressed. I bought this as a certified pre own despite the previous owner having an accident. The paint does not match and the window was most likely broken and car sat in rain for a while and thus the musty smell that service refuses to notice but yet every passenger asks me about it. Ken kept me in mind of the car I inquired about and gave me the courtesy call and even held the car for me till I arrived due to driving 1.5 hrs of travel to test drive my car!
