Within two weeks after we bought a car , check engine sign appears twice. Hopefully they fixed the problem. Craig Siefken was very professional, he texted me with updates twice a day. Ken was absolutely amazing! He went above & beyond to get me out of a horrible precious Kia deal into my brand new Acura! Love the cars but I felt like no one seem to really care because it was so quiet couldn’t find my salesman after I paid for the car to get the keys didn’t realize it didn’t come with a manual but very disap because it was so quiet couldn’t find my salesman after I paid for the car to get the keys didn’t realize it didn’t come with a manual but very disappointed that when I went in and I asked if there was an intercom so we could call him so I could get the keys and go home they said we don’t have one and said well maybe one across the street but never offered to call across the street or help me out and then when I got my car he put gas in it up to a quarter of a tank minus full I really thought I would get a full tank one last thing he also told me because I paid cash he couldn’t get me a discount my son argued he left and came back and gave me a discount saying his manager let themVery disappointed that he could’ve tried a little harder buttt very grateful for the help that I got just a few little minor details therefore I would recommend this place he did his best minus the money and the keys in the gas and disappearing LOL By the way this is the first time I bought a car so I learned a lot thank you More

The service that the customers receive from the staff is outstanding. They make sure we know all about the service being done, and the work needed. While the customers are waiting there’s always refreshment outstanding. They make sure we know all about the service being done, and the work needed. While the customers are waiting there’s always refreshments and great snacks. We were offered Chick fil la for lunch once. There’s outstanding service, and they give free car washes all of this is well appreciated. More

Our salesman, Ken McDaniel was fantastic today while purchasing a vehicle for my wife. He was patient, prompt, and really wanted to help us get a deal done. It will be a pleasure if Ken is the only sa purchasing a vehicle for my wife. He was patient, prompt, and really wanted to help us get a deal done. It will be a pleasure if Ken is the only salesman we have the pleasure to deal with for our future vehicle needs. I also can not say enough about his general sales manager, Ed Riley. Ed was very personable and it truly came from a sincere place. The entire process was great from beginning to end and, since it was such a joy dealing with Ken and Ed, I will be returning in a few days so I can buy a new car for myself. It was a great experience at Davis Acura, far better than the others we've dealt with recently. More

Ken was wonderful to work with. We were not pleased with the amount offered for our trade in. Severely under cut the market. Vroom offered $4700 more!!!
