Being from Bloomington-Normal it was a little worrying to me to drive out of town to purchase a vehicle. I always enjoyed buying locally. It just makes service easier. Adam was very courteous and explained everything very well. So far the service has been great too, we had a small issue with a plastic clip for a floor mat and the service department was able to take care of it right away. I am sure we will be back! More

Additionally, I get 95% of my service done at Uftring - there are a few things i like to do myself. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Kudos to Uftrings and Nick Cramer! I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wantin I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time. I went to Uftrings, met Nick Cramer and he was able to put me in the vehicle I had been wanting. We signed papers and it was done and a great experience! However, the next day I had to return the vehicle (Jeep model) to Uftrings because of a recall and no time frame of a fix. Even though we were disappointed, Nick and Ken Miller said they would make sure they would find me the right vehicle and wanted to make me happy. Well, they certainly did - Nick called the day after and said he had found me a GREAT vehicle and wanted to bring it out to my work. He brought it out to me - I absolutely LOVED it and couldn't believe they brought it to me - that is great customer service! The vehicle they found for me was better than the vehicle I thought I had wanted originally. I couldn't of asked to work with nicer, friendlier people. I am recommending Nick Cramer to everyone I know:) More

We drove 2 hours to go look at the car and it was as described on the website. It looked great in pictures and in person. Everyone we dealt with was great. I traded my car in to buy the suburban. Would have rated 5 stars if I would have gotten a little more for my car but overall a great experience and would definitely make the drive to buy another car from them! More

Adam Gawason is an AWESOME car salesman I went into Uftring used car lot not knowing what I needed and Adam came over to me and introduced himself and showed me a car and then walked away un I went into Uftring used car lot not knowing what I needed and Adam came over to me and introduced himself and showed me a car and then walked away until I was ready to talk. He never pushed anything at me. He was very helpful, patient and kind. I ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Camry. Love it and Ken Miller the fiance guy was so kind as well. More
