Ken, Armando, Chris and Jack were extremely kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about them. They had patience for all of my questions and they were very relatable. They recently helped me lease my 2024 helpful. I can’t say enough about them. They had patience for all of my questions and they were very relatable. They recently helped me lease my 2024 HRV when my previous lease expired. I never felt pressured, and I always felt they had my best interest at heart. They also listened to my needs and requests and worked hard to make them happen. They made me feel comfortable and appreciated. In fact, the whole dealership makes me feel that way. I started going there last year for my oil changes based on reviews I’d seen online. I was immediately hooked due to their amazing staff and beautiful facility. Every single person there is extra friendly and kind. Also, they have great pride in their dealership and their jobs. As a customer, I could feel that pride emanating from them. Based on all of that, I wanted to work solely with Valley Honda when my lease was up for renewal. I knew they would take great care of me, and they certainly did. It’s a great feeling to be able to have that kind of confidence and trust in a business. Especially when going to purchase a new vehicle. It can make a person very nervous and also very skeptical because there’s always that fear of being taken advantage of. I’ve never felt that way here however. I knew they would be honest with me, work hard for me, and get me the best deal possible. They did all of that and I am grateful. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, a lease agreement that I wanted, and amazing added benefits (free oil changes and tire rotation for the next 2 years!!) I drive almost an hour to get there from where I live, but it is worth every minute. Thanks Valley Honda, you made me a very happy lady! I will be forever loyal! More
