We came across Ken during our first purchase, his patience, excellent customer service, knowledge and willingness to listen and make the best recommendations to match our needs and wants was the major reason why we ended up buying at Valley Honda. The 2nd time, we were happy to go see Ken and the purchase experience was even better. It is worthwhile mentioning that on both occasions, we say many other vehicles and came across many other salesman at other dealerhips, but no one was as understanding and committed to making sure we got the vehicle that met our needs the best. The entire dealership staff is super nice and you can feel their commitment to the idea of making the car buying experience an enjoyable one and cannot recommend Valley Honda and Ken enough.
