From the time I pulled into the parking lot, there was plenty of staff ready to assist. I went to this dealership because it was recently built and relatively close to my home. I dealt with Ken Smith an plenty of staff ready to assist. I went to this dealership because it was recently built and relatively close to my home. I dealt with Ken Smith and he was absolutely wonderful in terms of NO pressure when returning from test driving a vehicle. As a single woman, I was thrilled to go to a dealership and not worry about being potentially bullied by a male representative. Below I am forced to choose a make of the car I bought, so either a Ford or Mercury, but neither one was what I bought. I will choose a Ford, but know that's not true and "other" should be an available option. More
