They were ok with the speed they took to repair my car under warranty. It was dropped off monday and they finished it thursday after noon. It was a hybrid fuse. I had to rent a car. Under warranty i was supposed to get it paid back, but kia motors said it is the dealers job to refund me. The dealer said it was kia motors. So as of right now, no one has refunded me my rental. More

Service dept gentleman stated I needed a new battery to get serviced for a recall to be done. He never looked up my car in the system to verify if the engine light was due to the recall while I was standin get serviced for a recall to be done. He wanted to sell me a new battery and asked if I wanted to pay for a diagnostic test after I showed him my recall letter from Kia stating the recall check and repair was free of charge. I found that to be odd with my engine light being on due to recall. I went to Advance Auto Parts afterwards to run a battery check test and the mechanic showed me that my battery life, alternator, and starter was great and didnt understand why I was told my battery was weak. Next day, I took my vehicle to Kia Hickory Hollow location and their service dept was more thorough in checking my recall while I was standing there, verified the problem, and took care of the issue. More

Very dishonest people when it come to warranties on your car! If something breaks on your car and you've only got five thousand miles on it plus it's a brand new carl then fix it. I bought a certified used Jeep renegade from them last year, 2019 when they were still Universal Kia. My salesman Fredrick was ok, and I have no quarrels or complaints with him. This is an issue that has arisen almost a year after purchase. And not one that could be predicted. I've tried getting in touch with him but apparently he is on vacation. The vehicle I purchased came with a 2-year, or 100,000 mile warranty, whichever came first. It's been 11 months since the purchase, and the vehicle only has 60,000 miles on it. The transmission has gone out, or more specifically four of the gears no longer work. I had a mechanic look at it and they gave me the specific codes and technical information to give to the Kia dealership. So I contacted what is now Greenway Kia, and explained the situation. I was informed that they no longer cover any warranty work under the old name of Universal Kia. I argued with them about it, to no avail. I was informed that if I wanted them to work on it I would have to bring it up there, and I would have to pay whatever price they decided to charge me. I told them that it seems very unethical to me for them to change their name, and then deny any warranty work on a vehicle that they warranted. Of course it didn't seem to bother them any. I asked to speak to both the service manager and the sales manager multiple times. Each time was placed on hold and eventually hung up on without speaking to anyone. I've tried to get in contact multiple times, I have been redirected a few times to a unidentified voicemail, but my calls have never been returned. Funny thing is, when you call them they still answer as Universal Kia. More
