Samantha Tetreau did an incredible job breaking down the logistics and key details in leasing a vehicle. She was also very informative in explaining all of the tech specs for the car, she's the best! Kennedy Lidonde gave us a peace of mind before and after we leased the car, he ensured we had no hesitations or fears about anything in and around the car. Indifferent and Belittling Went in tonight to see if they can come close to a target price based on what I've seen on TrueCar and other dealierships for the vehicle I was intere Went in tonight to see if they can come close to a target price based on what I've seen on TrueCar and other dealierships for the vehicle I was interested in, and the offers I've received on my trade from other dealerships. The Finance manager couldn't be bothered to try in an honest and customer-centric way to come anywhere near to my target. I called back and the Sales manager in charge called me to return to the dealership and gave me a so-called quote with the numbers I wanted, but NO description of the year, make and model of car or the year make and model of my trade. When I questioned him about this, he said, 'He'll remember what cars (are represented) in the quote. Sleazy, dishonest, indifferent, and unprofessional. If they would have beat the last deal I got or made an honest effort to come close, I would have bought tonight (or tomorrow, if necessary). If their GM contacts me and straightens things out, including arranging for me to come in AFTER FIRST getting a real specific quote sent to me, and making sure I don't have to deal with the indifferent finance manager that was there tonight, this review will be taken down. Otherwise, Buyer BEWARE! They aren't exactly obsessed with customer service, honesty, or fair dealings! More
