My car buying experience was hassle free. Unlike other dealerships/car lots, no pressure was applied. I said what I wanted and they did accommodated me where available. Usually, once the lender pays them for the vehicle the catering ends, not here. For me a person can say anything, but it's great to be shown that I'm a valued customer. More

Horrible service job incomplete, lack of communication they made me feel the lowest I’ve ever felt, rude and disrespectful. Especially Hector. Cal ignored my calls. I still don’t have the problem fixed, b they made me feel the lowest I’ve ever felt, rude and disrespectful. Especially Hector. Cal ignored my calls. I still don’t have the problem fixed, but I have a warranty and no one has called me to let me know anything about the part that was ordered. The car has a different problem every time I bring it back for oil change and I rarely drive it and no one tries to help me. I told them the problem after they diagnosed it and told me I was right they tried to keep my car overnight without giving me a loaner and told me they were closing after I told them I was on my way to get it, but when I got there, it was a problem and it was only 642pm… They didn’t even tell me about financial assistance and refuse to give me a loaner. I have two jobs and have to miss one of them because I’m not able to make it That far needing a Cadillac converter but I still have to pay my car note and Insurance More
