His professionalism and knowledge was key to me buying my CX5. Ken also had me drive the new CX50 for comparison since one of my key reasons for trading in my Mazda6 was better storage area for future road trips. I appreciated the extra effort but the CX50 was not for me. This is my 4th Mazda purchase and by far the best experience. As a woman car shopper I was always treated with respect. He answered all my questions and did not mind when I needed a review of certain features. Ken took the time to help set up my system to my phone and other settings to my personal likes. Finally the process was smooth and fast on the financial side! My new car was even delivered to my home by Ken so I didn’t have to wait as the crew finished getting my car ready for delivery to me.
