In for oil change and 30,000 maintenance Brought my van in for maintenance and oil change. AFter looking over the scheduled maintenance and seeing that I may be spending around $500, I was h Brought my van in for maintenance and oil change. AFter looking over the scheduled maintenance and seeing that I may be spending around $500, I was happy that the associate asked me my exact type of shifting mechanism in my car. After discussing this and clarifying, he discovered I would not need the transmission treatment, and then he double checked my records and also noticed there were a couple other things I did not need. We then discussed what would be done during this visit, and I only waited about an hour. I was very pleased that my associate spoke in depth with me and we figured out my exact needs. Rather than just assume I needed everything "scheduled" for the 30,000 maintenance. More
