I bought my BMW at a New Hampshire dealership, but BMW of SHREWSBURY (MA) has delivered service on EVERY LEVEL SUPERIOR to the dealership at which I purchased my vehicle. I have had around 20 service visi of SHREWSBURY (MA) has delivered service on EVERY LEVEL SUPERIOR to the dealership at which I purchased my vehicle. I have had around 20 service visits with Samuel Young over the past 3 years. I am pleased to attest that Sam rendered PERSONAL, SINCERE, and EXPERT handling on all occasions. Time and again I presented him with automobile CHALLENGES (a full gamut of service & repair needs, from engine and turbocharger replacements, to electrical problems, brakes repair, suspension work, detailing, and the list went on). Time and again, SAM and his GROUP exceeded my expectations in regards to: ATMOSPHERE (snacks, customer work space, cleanliness), SCHEDULING (often accommodating me on short notice, availability of some Saturdays), COMMUNICATION (technologically advanced, direct, reliable, sincere, personal), DIAGNOSTICS (solved even complicated engine, exhaust type problems, electronics), REPAIR (thanks to automobile tech ROB, for example, who knows the BMW brand both personally and professionally), EXPLANATION of SERVICE (I've been shown diagrams and also WORN PARTS, given detailed explanation of any bill) and AFTER-SERVICE AVAILABILITY. I always that felt I could RETURN if EVER the PROBLEM did; they were always concerned to see that their work turned out as intended. I would give special mention to LANCE in service for expertly and energetically standing in for SAM several times. To DEE in reception for presenting a warm face for the group, getting to know her customers by name, and making sure an Uber or a loaner vehicle was efficiently arranged. To TONY in the parts department (who delivered the best parts window experiences I have ever had at BMW by combining a friendly concern with good BMW parts knowledge, so that the customer gets the correct part). After TWENTY service visits and after 3 years, and in comparison with my experiences at OTHER (even BMW) dealerships, I can sincerely say that SAM and BMW of Shrewsbury has been a GROUP that TRULY goes ABOVE and BEYOND. More
