Our first visit was met with. a NO pressure sales pitch. That guaranteed a second visit, which resulted in us happily purchasing a CX-5. Kenny got us financing, when our bank said no. We had one minor issue which was handled pleasantly and rectified immediately. We mostly dealt with Marino, but I think each employee at one point helped us or at least greeted us as we came in. My sister and a friend will be going to Wantagh Mazda in the near future due to our recommendation. All I can say is GO to Wantagh Mazda. You WILL be happy you did. More

I was told to take as long as we needed. Not my first new car, but the first test drive alone. Impressed. I love my new CX 5. It will be a month on Dec. 16. Thanks Joe and Kenny. Great to meet you. Best car buying experience ever! I have purchased many vehicles over the years, both new and used. Without fail, the car purchasing experience is always a draining process. When we I have purchased many vehicles over the years, both new and used. Without fail, the car purchasing experience is always a draining process. When we recently decided to purchase a pre-owned CX7, I donned my imaginary armor, and headed to Wantagh Mazda. Joseph Bonavito in sales, greeted me as a friend and showed me the car. He went over every detail of the car and even let me take the car for a ride alone - without him in the vehicle, As I rode off he said , "have a good time, I'll see you in an hour." We decided to purchase the car. There were some cosmetic issues and Joe made sure everything was taken care of before we picked it up. We mentioned that we would like a roof rack on the vehicle. With Phil the manager's help, they made that happen too, without any additional cost. Kenny was great to work with & he got us the low interest loan we had heard about. Within a week of purchase, I brought the car in for a minor bulb issue, and asked them to check the wiper blades as they appeared to be streaking the windshield. Apparently the windshield had some damage - the streaks were not removable. At Phil the manager's discretion, the windshield was replaced at no cost to me! I know that any other place would have said - sorry - it's your problem now. Gary in the service dept was also great. He went "over and above " & found us a driver side floor mat to replace the damaged one in the vehicle. Joe said, "We really want you to be happy" and I believe him. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience at Wantagh Mazda was incredibly positive. I would not hesitate to send all my family and friends to this dealership in general and Joseph Bonavita in particular. In summary, Joe is a consummate professional, and an all-around pleasant fellow. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I was sitting nearby Joe's desk. He was helping a woman with some information on a car. When she was leaving, I heard her say to Joe, "Thank you so much - you are awesome!" And that he is. Thank you Joe! More
