From start to finish, Kenny was on the top of his game with his desire to fill our needs & find the perfect car for us, exactly what we were looking for. He anticipated our wants & needs when it came to which vehicle was the ONE. He stayed in contact with us, always quick to respond to texts or questions. I've, personally, never had a better experience when buying an automobile. We were even MORE surprised by Kenny's customer service & generosity when we went to fill our car up with gas.....Kenny had attached a personal note of THANKS & a $2 bill toward our first fill-up. Amazing. I've always dreaded the process of buying a new car, but Kenny has changed my mind. Typically, it takes HOURS to do all the paperwork & financing, but my husband & I were shocked at how easy Kenny made everything. Most salesmen or dealerships want your first born or a pint of blood before you can get out of there, but EVERYTHING was different with Kenny. In fact, everyone we came in contact with during our purchase was great. David was friendly & helpful when explaining the extended warranty options. Both, Kenny & David seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that WE got the best deal & service possible. I absolutely LOVE my new car & have taken every opportunity possible to brag about Kenny Merritt & our experience at Steve Landers Toyota NWA.
