His exceptional customer service began before I even met him. I had been searching online for a truck with specific options. Each time I'd find a match I'd visit the dealership only to be told that the truck had been sold or that the online inventory wasn't updated and the truck was no longer available. On Monday, August 7 my daughter continued our online search and found a match at Don Ringler Chevrolet. I called the dealership to confirm that the truck was still available. I even asked that the truck be personally identified before I made the trip. This is when Harold's exceptional customer service began. He walked the lot and finally located the truck. He confirmed that the truck was available. We drove to Temple and met Harold Allen. Harold's exceptional customer service continued. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford nor did he try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Harold was extremely courteous and his genuine good character was obvious. This made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase of our new truck. Thank you Harold and may God continue to bless you!! More

Harold provides outstanding service at Don Ringler Chevrolet I went into the dealership thinking that I knew what I was interested in purchasing. Harold Allen spent hours with me pouring over available Camaros I went into the dealership thinking that I knew what I was interested in purchasing. Harold Allen spent hours with me pouring over available Camaros until we selected the exact one that I wanted. The next day, I changed my mind.. Harold cheerfully went to work for me again. In the end, he gave me a fantastic deal on my new 2017 2SS. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and professional. I would give this dealership 6 stars if I could. At no point did I ever feel pressured, coerced, or that the priority at this dealership was anything other than my complete satisfaction.
