This was one of the best shopping experiences over ever had. Darrell kept me updated on the status of the car and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Once it was time to buy the car, Kenny in financing was great and wasn't pushy at all. Going to Five Star was a different car buying experience and I never want to buy a car from anywhere else. The overall experience was fantastic. One of the best car buying experiences i have had. Called dealership and Derek answered the phone. He was fantastic no BS. Gave him a deposit for a car that was coming in at end of May. Kind of spur of moment decision ( did not really need another car) Then did a bit of research over that weekend called him on the Monday telling him i wanted if possible the BRZ Limited version. Got lucky they had only of these one in color I wanted. It was sold however the person did not take it. So told him I want it. Then drove to them took the car for a short test drive. Then signed the paperwork and bought the car. Derek made the process incredibly simple. Thank you. Finance gut I believe was Kenny also great. By the time Derek finished his explanations he sent me to finance and wow all the paperwork was done. signed the necessary docs and drove off. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. Highly recommend 5 Star Subaru to anyone, you will not be disappointed More
