Casey was awesome! She was professional and caring. Last year, I did not know if I wanted to trade up my Impreza or keep it. Casey listened, let me test drive her Cross She was professional and caring. Last year, I did not know if I wanted to trade up my Impreza or keep it. Casey listened, let me test drive her Crosstrek, because there were no cars available on the lot, explained the pros and cons and the best part, SHE WAS NOT PUSHY. This was in October, I was still considering my options. In November I returned and looked for Casey. I was ready to trade up. She handled everything smoothly, placed my order, and kept me updated as to my delivery. Last Saturday, I took possession of my new 2023 Crosstrek Sport in the Pearl Yellow. I love it! Casey was there to see that I was happy and answered any questions I had. During the week, I received a postcard from here and today, a week later, a telephone call asking if I was happy driving my car, and if she could be of service. I can’t ask for more. I feel like a VIP member of Five Star Subaru. Thank you! More
