The buying experience was quick and transparent. The only complaint I have is that I purchased the ceramic coating. I was asked if I wanted the ceramic done that evening (close to 7pm) and I said I The only complaint I have is that I purchased the ceramic coating. I was asked if I wanted the ceramic done that evening (close to 7pm) and I said I would bring it back. I called back Friday at 2pm asking if I could bring it in and was told they only work Monday to Friday 8-5. How were they going to do it at 7pm the day I bought it. No one between the sales person, finance manager, and service department were on the same page. So now I have to take off work to take care of this and it wasn't communicated to me that way before they took my money. More
