Experienced a catastrophic transmission failure while driving from Massachusetts to Washington DC for a graduation. Looked for the nearest Toyota dealer and it was DCH in Brunswick. We rented a car an driving from Massachusetts to Washington DC for a graduation. Looked for the nearest Toyota dealer and it was DCH in Brunswick. We rented a car and left our vehicle (2014 Highlander) in there trusted care. Your team kept us updated during the repairs and it was ready (and sparkling clean - thank you) upon our return 5 days later. A bad situation was turned very manageable by your folks and we do appreciate it. More

Everything was great except for how long appointment took. I had a 12 pm appointment for oil change, tire rotation, & alignment. It was not finished until 3:15pn. I waited there for over 3 hours.
