I purchased a new Mazda CX50 on 12/30/2023 from Sport Mazda in Orlando Florida. As I was there the sales and finance staff were on it. Making sure the purchase went through successfully. Post purchase o Mazda in Orlando Florida. As I was there the sales and finance staff were on it. Making sure the purchase went through successfully. Post purchase of the new vehicle and issues with the car there have been no call backs. I have tried to leave messages however the voice mail won’t accept anymore. There is no response from calls, in fact I made a service appointment and set up to get a loaner car and found out the night prior to my appointment it had been changed with no call to me. This is definitely not the service I have had in the past, as this is not my first auto purchase from this dealership. More
