The issue came in after, We agreed on a 10 day pay off, on day 12 I went in (because no one will answer the phone) to find out why it’s wasn’t paid off yet. And the guy in finance told me “it sounds to me like you need to make a payment” I don’t even have the truck anymore! Now we are on day 15 and the truck still isn’t paid off. Now it’s going to hit my credit score as a missed payment. The bank has tried contacting the dealership on multiple occasions. They either don’t answer or they transfer you on to the next person and get hung up on. This dealerships professionalism is a joke. More

I would highly recommend going to Sport Mazda. I originally went to them to get my 2015 CX-5 and the sales team was amazing. The customer service was second to none. Fast forward 4 years later and m originally went to them to get my 2015 CX-5 and the sales team was amazing. The customer service was second to none. Fast forward 4 years later and my mother was looking for a new car and I recommend Sport Mazda. Their new facility was accommodating and made you feel at ease. She ended up getting a 2019 CX-3. This recent trip my daughter needed to replace her car and the sales associate Michell went out of her way to find us the perfect used car. When my wife will need a new car I’m sure we’ll be coming back to Sport Mazda. More
