No pressure The salesperson (Victor) did not push to make a deal. He explained the different features in the different models and gave us time to decide what WE wanted. I never heard " if I get you this number will you take it today", I hate that. Kevin ( Sales manager) stopped by once and awhile just to chat and check the numbers right there in front of us. This meant Victor didn't jump up and disappear every 5 minutes to " talk to my manager ". This didn't happen till we reached an agreement with the sales rep and he needed the managers approval. Nice job Sun I'll be back. Also finance got it all together and never pushed or tried to add anything on , the number was the number. More

Great experience again Tony was able to show me that purchasing a vehicle doesn't have to be a dreaded experience. There's no back and forth with the negotiating or wasting two hours of your day for a ridiculous quote. I highly recommend using them!!! More

Buick Encore Purchase These guys did a great job helping me get in a new Enclave very quickly....didn't try to keep me at the dealership for hours like most places. Skip the rest I refuse to call Nick Divone a salesman. The images that word conjures up do this gentleman an injustice. And he is just that -- a gentleman. From the initial email I sent while snowed in, based off a family member's recommendation to a handshake and a wave as we drove off in our new Acadia SLE-2 just 48 hours later, Nick was on point. The guy does not sell. He consults. He informs. He educates. And he advocates; not for Sun but for his clients. He knew what we wanted and needed before we did. He treated me, my wife, and one of our sons with model professionalism and respect; even taking a genuine interest in our need for space for hockey bags and sticks, where we all play, and the Islanders. While Nick was busy (we arrived early for our first meeting) we were entertained by an equally cordial and friendly Kevin Bannon (sales manager) who helped us pass the time while Nick was occupied. No one tried to poach us away. Everyone was just so chill. We recommend Nick, Kevin, and Sun to everyone from all points of Long Island and beyond. These guys give lousy dealerships a really bad name! More
