I usually do not have a very positive experience at Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had Heiser Toyota. I have dealt with some rude workers in the past causing me to feel anxious each time I need work done. Kevin was the first time I had a positive experience, even though I had to wait 4 hours until the work was complete. I did not feel judged or pressured by Kevin. He has a very calming, friendly presence and was able to explain everything to me. He did offer transportation so I did not have to wait there. Overall, I am willing to continue bringing my car for service, but I will be requesting Kevin. More

The worst dealer. Service advisor doesn't have much knowledge, he was New, greedy and liar. Even the service Manager was negative and lying. I tried to call the Service advisor doesn't have much knowledge, he was New, greedy and liar. Even the service Manager was negative and lying. I tried to call the General Manager, but she didn't pick up the phone, and No call back from her. Unbelievable lies, unacceptable attitude and hard to work with.
