Our Sienna was starting to "nickle-and-dime" me, which after 169000+ miles was not unexpected. My wife decided she'd like a Highlander. Kevin and Ray did everything and then some to make sure we left there in a very nice Highlander after giving pretty much what I expected for the Sienna.
