Yesterday's experience purchasing a new car from Yesterday's experience purchasing a new car from Antwerpen Hyundai in Catonsville. I entered the facility and was enthusiastically greeted by Yesterday's experience purchasing a new car from Antwerpen Hyundai in Catonsville. I entered the facility and was enthusiastically greeted by Carol at the welcoming desk. Something she does every time I have ever been to their building. Carol quickly got me to Darla Brown who initiated the appointment who then took me to see Corrie Daniels a Hyundai salesperson. I had previously purchased my 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Corrie and he was tremendous. He listened carefully to what I was considering purchasing. He took all the information down. He narrowed my selection to several vehicles and I chose the one I wanted to test drive.. Working with Kevin Cary, the sales manager, Corrie came back with a very reasonable offer for my trade-in, interest rate and payment schedule. After the test drive I met with Brenda Mahes, the financial manager to finalize the sale., which was as smooth and comfortable a process ever experienced. Brenda was cordial, helpful, efficient and genuinely happy over my purchase. While I was completing the financing process Corrie was having the car detailed, the gas tank filled and ready for me to transfer the items from the other car to the new purchase. He put on the sheepskin seat covers from the other car for me. He even synced my IPhone with bluetech so I wouldn't have too. Even took a photo of me with the new vehicle.. His parting words were, "Mark, I am here for you anytime. It was a pleasure to work with you and I wish you many happy driving mikles" And waved as I left the grounds. I always tell my friend about my Antwerpen experience and heartily recommend them for their next car purchase. And, yes, I love me new 2020 Elantra, with heated seats, new safety features and moon roof. Respectfully submitted, Mark Trager . More
