Work was good. Communication was terrible. I was told it would take four to five days to finish. On day six I called to get an update and they said they were waiti Communication was terrible. I was told it would take four to five days to finish. On day six I called to get an update and they said they were waiting for a part. They said the part would come on Monday and vehicle would be done Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to follow up and they said they were still waiting for the part. TASCA SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I understand things happen and more damage was found after the vehicle was opened up, but no one communicated that to me and that is your fault. These errors cost me extra money in rental fees. More
