Originally I had visited this service department back in fall of last year and had a horrible experience with a service coordinator, so much so I didn’t want to come back. This time around I got Kevin as my fall of last year and had a horrible experience with a service coordinator, so much so I didn’t want to come back. This time around I got Kevin as my service coordinator and it was night and day. He was friendly, helpful, and great about clearly documenting any concerns I had. I was informed that the person who had helped me before was no longer working there and that if I had any concerns I could reach out directly to Kevin. I really appreciated the time and service I received this time around. 10/10! More

We go to this dealership because this is where we bought the car. Since service at separate Honda dealers won't show up on the service record at Sierra it is easier to always go to Sierra so they have the c the car.
