Frustrating to call and not have someone answer the phone, no way to leave a message. Texted and they didn’t call back either. Took an entire day for a quote to come back. Gentleman who helped me was sassy and rude, offered more problems than solutions. Did not seem emphatic to my car issue. Was not willing to go above and beyond or even meet the bare minimum of niceties for customer service work. Cm More

Service was good but they don’t answer the phone, in the service dept not sure what’s going on. The last month tried 10 times and left text had to drive across town to make an appointment. Extremely helpful and caring I brought my car in for the appointment to see if I had any recall concerns to be addressed. This was at no cost to me. I mentioned that I had a few questions about some thing appointment to see if I had any recall concerns to be addressed. This was at no cost to me. I mentioned that I had a few questions about some things that my son had done with the car while installing a sound system. I also asked about my Passenger seat not adjusting properly. They looked things over and advised me. I was afraid my wiring had been totally messed and very expensive to fix. It was a fuse issue. No big deal. What a great experience for me! These guys have Integrity and are courteous, responsible people who really care about customer service. I recommend THEM as TOP of the line! More
