They are by far THE BEST dealership I've ever walked into. First class treatment with courtesy and respect in every aspect. I worked with Zee Avakian, and he by far took the time to understand my needs and never felt inconvenienced by my multitude of questions. The first day I visited, I placed a down-payment on a vehicle, and Zee was fully in touch with me every step of the way. To really expound on their service and honesty, Zee texted me two weeks after the purchase that they had forgotten to credit me back for my down-payment after the full payment on my vehicle. Now that's honesty! I personally and truly appreciate Zee and the entire team there at Foley Motorsports from initally walking through the front door to final (and impeccable) delivery of my vehicle! There is just something about the atmosphere at Foley that makes you feel comfortable with the whole car buying process. From the owner RJ Foley to everyone who works there. I was scanning their inventory and saw a 2014 Cadillac that was priced great so I stopped in the next day and asked Zee if I could take the vehicle for a ride. Within 10 minutes I was test driving the Cady. Told Zee I was interested and he said he would hold it so I could speak to RJ. This is the other thing I like, how often is the owner of a successful business still fired up about getting involved in the car buying/selling process ? RJ still is all these years later. The neat thing about buying from Foley Motorsports, while I was talking with RJ, Kevin and Tanana from the service department stopped into RJ's office to say hello, Jon who runs the finance department stopped to say Hi. My point is at other dealerships you are just a number. At Foley Motorsports, you become part of the Foley family and what's really important to me is the car buying process doesn't end when you drive your car off the lot. The thought of looking for a car was definitely not something I was looking forward to. When I arrived at Foley Motorsports, I was greeted by Chris, one of the salesmen in the showroom. I explained what I was looking for and my price range. He was informative and helpful but most importantly, I didn't feel as though he was pushing me to purchase a car but more like friends sitting around talking about cars. The experience was great and within two hours of walking into the showroom, purchased a beautiful 2012 Audi A-4. Thank you, Chris, for all your help. Absolute pleasure to do business with Foley Motorsports I was looking for a particular truck and found it online at FMS. I live in CT by Bradley International Airport so it was a little bit of hike for me. I was looking for a particular truck and found it online at FMS. I live in CT by Bradley International Airport so it was a little bit of hike for me. I dealt with Zee from the start and he was just wonderful to work with. I was trading in my old truck and Zee was able to give me what I wanted for it to get me into my Beautiful leftover 2016 F150 XTR. They had the vehicle in tip top shape and had a runner bring it to Connecticut DMV to register it and meet me in the parking lot to do the exchange. Upon going over my new truck, I spotted a ding in the front bumper approximately 1 inch long. I called Zee up and told him about it immediately. I took a picture of it and texted it right to him. He put me in touch with Kevin in Service. Kevin ordered a new bumper and they installed the new bumper and my truck is as good as new. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional and made my visit their very pleasurable. I would tell anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle to make the trip to FMS.
