There is just something about the atmosphere at Foley that makes you feel comfortable with the whole car buying process. From the owner RJ Foley to everyone who works there. I was scanning their inventory and saw a 2014 Cadillac that was priced great so I stopped in the next day and asked Zee if I could take the vehicle for a ride. Within 10 minutes I was test driving the Cady. Told Zee I was interested and he said he would hold it so I could speak to RJ. This is the other thing I like, how often is the owner of a successful business still fired up about getting involved in the car buying/selling process ? RJ still is all these years later. The neat thing about buying from Foley Motorsports, while I was talking with RJ, Kevin and Tanana from the service department stopped into RJ's office to say hello, Jon who runs the finance department stopped to say Hi. My point is at other dealerships you are just a number. At Foley Motorsports, you become part of the Foley family and what's really important to me is the car buying process doesn't end when you drive your car off the lot. The thought of looking for a car was definitely not something I was looking forward to. When I arrived at Foley Motorsports, I was greeted by Chris, one of the salesmen in the showroom. I explained what I was looking for and my price range. He was informative and helpful but most importantly, I didn't feel as though he was pushing me to purchase a car but more like friends sitting around talking about cars. The experience was great and within two hours of walking into the showroom, purchased a beautiful 2012 Audi A-4. Thank you, Chris, for all your help. Absolute pleasure to do business with Foley Motorsports I was looking for a particular truck and found it online at FMS. I live in CT by Bradley International Airport so it was a little bit of hike for me. I was looking for a particular truck and found it online at FMS. I live in CT by Bradley International Airport so it was a little bit of hike for me. I dealt with Zee from the start and he was just wonderful to work with. I was trading in my old truck and Zee was able to give me what I wanted for it to get me into my Beautiful leftover 2016 F150 XTR. They had the vehicle in tip top shape and had a runner bring it to Connecticut DMV to register it and meet me in the parking lot to do the exchange. Upon going over my new truck, I spotted a ding in the front bumper approximately 1 inch long. I called Zee up and told him about it immediately. I took a picture of it and texted it right to him. He put me in touch with Kevin in Service. Kevin ordered a new bumper and they installed the new bumper and my truck is as good as new. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional and made my visit their very pleasurable. I would tell anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle to make the trip to FMS. First time - Good Experience. Easy to Deal With. Walked in after visiting their web site and seeing they had nice low mileage Audi's. My intent was to purchase another Certified from an Audi dealer, Walked in after visiting their web site and seeing they had nice low mileage Audi's. My intent was to purchase another Certified from an Audi dealer, but couldn't find what I wanted, so I checked out Foley. Found a really nice selection of well maintained higher end pre-owned vehicles. Whomever is doing the buying has an eye for nice cars. Anyway, sat down with Haig, described what I was looking for. In about 15 minutes he had exactly the car warmed up for a test drive. OK, BIG 5 star points...I was handed the key and given the car to drive myself. Gave it a good spin. Drove great except the brakes didn't feel right. Vibration. Haig told me the shoes were replaced by their service department. I had an intelligent conversation with the service manager & he confirmed the rotors had not been replaced. I offered to buy the car if they replaced the rotors. They agreed without a hassle. Quick and easy meeting with finance. Two (2) days later they had it finished, fully registered and ready to go. Its running great. Brakes included. Got a really nice 2014 A6 with full service records, new tires, rotors and pads at a fair price. Zero hassle. Haig & team did exactly what they promised. That's my experience. All good! OK.....Downside compared to the dealer, I'm missing the certified extended warranty. They offer a third party plan but its nuts expensive. Bottom line: I bet on the buyer. All the cars look great. And they are all well made vehicles. If the car holds up to 100K without anything major, I'll be totally happy. Hope this helps! More
