My partner and I have special needs and we are older and Kevin's patience in guiding us to the right car was perfect. He showed us a Volvo which I had requested as (my 2010 Volvo was totaled). He then showed us a Volkswagen which we later determined was out of our financial means. Kevin then recommend the perfect car which met all our needs, room for dog, room for artwork and supplies and 2 old timers in the front. The mini SUV Rav 4 is the ideal height. Subaru people BELIEVE in their product. When they tell you stories, they are usually personal stories about either their own conversion to Subaru or tales of great adventures made possible by owning a Subaru. And I could go on and on about the joys of owning and driving a Subaru, but suffice to say, I don't envision buying anything else in my life. More

Had a great exerience, which is not something I am used to saying in regard to a car purchase. Great dealership overall, beautiful building built with the customer in mind. Kevin Gribble was my rep, very knowledegable not only of the Subaru line, but of the competitor I was looking at, so could talk about differences and pros/cons between vehicles. Rate him 10 out of 10 across the board. Test drive was thorough, the details about the car systems, especially the intricacies of Eyesight, were top notch, understandable and complete. Very happy with the car, and very happy with the dealership. An additional benefit was working with Curt on the paperwork. As a former mehanic and sales person, he had complete knowledge of the car. the process, and, as was true with Kevin, was able to answer all my questuons satisfactorily. This is my first exprerience with Tucson Subaru and the Subaru lineup - I look forward to a long relationship. More

Tim was extremely honest and str I was pleasantly surprised with the kind, knowledgable, and friendly service I received recently from Tucson Subaru. Tim was extremely honest and straight-forward answering my questions on a particular vehicle's price via email. Other dealerships (e.g., in Phoenix) that I contacted wouldn't even answer questions about a specific vehicle and, instead, attempted to mislead and lie to me. After coming to the dealership for a test drive, Kevin was laid-back, personable, and not pushy at all when I asked him questions about the Crosstrek. He worked with me to get the car I wanted, and I am happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership in the future if you want as stress free as possible car buying experience. More
