Kevin works like a champ. Kevin is a 5 star employee. Traci was also great to work with. We'll likely be back to do business with Kevin in the future. There were some issues where the dealer as a whole fell a little short but I also had a slightly strange situation. The car I ordered was being transferred from a nearby dealer that was not open yet. They were unable to have the car when originally scheduled due to issues getting it from the other dealer. That I can understand. I also had a short throw shifter installed that was done incorrectly by the service guys and the shifter came undone from the transmission when I picked it up. Fortunatly I was still in the parking lot. Kevin pushed the car over to service himself and got me a loaner until the car was fixed. He also had it delivered to me so I didn't have to make another 90 minute drive to pick it up. 5 stars for Kevin, 4 for the dealership. More

He knew the product very well and was able to explain the features of the Outback very easily. Subaru was great on honoring the warranty, but the corporate side fell short on helping get me into a new vehicle when I was done dealing with my existing one. My issues where never with the service response from Tucson Subaru because they were great to deal with. Needless to say I was pretty much done with Subaru as a brand, but I did include them on my list when I was shopping for a new vehicle and actually ended up buying another one. I did so because of my experience with Scott and Jade in the service department and because of Kevin G. in sales. Kevin was straight forward and did not use any high pressure tactics. I told him what I was looking for, he told me what he had and worked with me to get me a fair deal. More
