Tim was very quick and efficient at getting the paperwork done and again no pressure. He just informed me of the options for additional warrantees and once I made my decisions he offered no pressure. This is the car dealership that does not act like a dealership. It is a couple blocks from the auto mall but miles above in the way it treats people. More

I was traveling. He was not pushy, but attentive to my needs. Originally I thought I wanted one model then changed my mind. This did not seem to bother Kevin, but rather he was even more helpful. We were pleased how we could return our leased Forester early, without a disposition fee and prior to our last lease payment. And Curt McHenry was pleasant to work with. One frustration: an overpriced sunshade was part of the package. It is not worth anything close to $76 and is of a design not easily storable. I wish I had noticed this earlier, but we were there over four hours and tired. Just a devious way for the dealer to make another $50 and not necessary. It plus the length of time marred an otherwise very good experience. More
