I dealt with Kevin Gribble in sales and Tim Hanson in finance. They both made a great team. I basically told Kevin I didn't want to haggle, I made an offer and after some discussion we reached an agreement. He was very professional and courteous and let me take my time with my decision. Tim was also great, he kept the dreaded paperwork process enjoyable and offered no pressure when I opted not to purchase other extras offered. I was very pleased with their customer service and I hope my car will give me the same great experience they did. More

My husband and I had a great experience at Tucson Subaru! Kevin Gribble made our buying process easy and seamless. He was very patient with us, answered any questions we had and was immediately available by phone whenever we needed him. We purchased a Forester and wanted it in white, however there were none in Tucson. Kevin immediately had a white one transferred from a dealer in Phoenix and it was in Tucson within hours of us requesting it. Traci Roberts was very nice and made financing easy. We are very pleased with Tucson Subaru and even after I left the dealer and had more questions Kevin was more than happy to help me out! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! More
