Kevin introduced us to a sales manager, Loren, and one of the service advisers, Marcos, both of whom were gracious and seemed truly appreciative of our purchase. Louie was the most low key finance person I have ever encountered at any dealership. He explained programs without pushing anything and accepted our choices graciously. Frankly, my other car purchases often turned sour when the finance guy was overly pushy. All in all, I never felt pressured into anything and never felt that anyone was taking advantage of us. The entire team was helpful and even welcoming. Kevin even gave my wife a dozen roses to take home at the end of the day. More

I didn't test drive her as she is my third WRX that I have purchased from Tucson Subaru, where everyone involved in the sale, financing, etc. made me feel like family. Thanks to my son, I now am the happy owner of a Subaru! I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the gas mileage of the Honda and, honestly, I didn't know so he took my phone and searched for the top gas mileage SUV and Subaru came in first. We were a few miles from the dealership and so I decided to stop and check out the Subaru. I knew nothing about Subaru cars/suvs and as soon as we got there Joe Micoletti met me and began to educate me on the XV Crosstrek which I immediately loved. There was never any pressure with Joe, he just let the car sell itself. The next day I came back to purchase the car and because Joe was busy with another customer Kevin Gribble assisted me and I was astounded at his knowledge of the car and he further educated me and because he did I upgraded from the vehicle I was going to buy to one that had the "eyesight" feature. This is a great feature that will give me peace of mind as my kids are just reaching driving age and will be driving the Crosstrek too. Joe stayed involved in the transaction as well and when it was all done I drove off in a loaded, detailed Crosstrek with a complimentary dozen long stem red roses(which I gave my wife and she so loved them!). I've purchased my share of new vehicles but I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Tucson Subaru. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks to you all!! More

The best buying expierence. My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consid My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consider to be professional in their approach but limited in knowledge of the autos they sell and some could not tell me why I should have bought their cars and not go elsewhere. I called Mike who recommended me to Terry at the Subaru Dealership and Terry introduced us to Kevin Gribble whom after three minutes of speaking with him we knew he was our guy. Kevin is very knowledgeable about his cars, very passionate about the dealership and its personnel but most of all he never trashed his competition, if there is any! We spent two hours with him and by the time we were done we had purchased the BRZ. It's an excellent car and my Son who is the owner is absolutely in love with it. It is a sharp vehicle and has all the extras that a person would want. I recommend Subaru of Tucson and Kevin for the best buying experience that a person can have. I recommend him highly. While at Subaru of Tucson you must come in contact with the best Finance Manager I have ever encountered: Tim Hanson. All I can say is: Tim is good at what he does and there is never a dull moment while in his office. His explanation of paperwork and other products is excellent. More

We had been putting off buying another car for almost a year, because we dread dealing with the sales and finance people. However, a car accident totaled our mini-van and we were forced to replace it. We had a Subaru Forrester in the past and loved it. So, we wanted to look for a Subaru first and we are so happy that we did! Our experience with the Tucson Subaru team was completely different than anything we had experienced in the past. Joe Micoletti was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he went and got the answer (rather than making something up). He wasn't pushy and acted with integrity and honesty. Tim Hanson handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to work with. Even though it wasn't his sale, Kevin Gribble helped set up the garage opener and hands-free phone feature. All in all, we came in expecting a typical car buying experience, but drove out with a Subaru. We are confident we made the right choice and will return to Tucson Subaru again. This was such an awesome experience! More
