I spoke with Kevin gribble and he was a good salesman the only issue I had was after I purchased the vehicle in full, I wasn’t able to bring it home due to the engine light coming on and the engine making a only issue I had was after I purchased the vehicle in full, I wasn’t able to bring it home due to the engine light coming on and the engine making a loud grinding noise. I was only able to test drive the vehicle and it was perfectly fine during the test , no noise or check engine lights. It was after I purchased the vehicle the dealer said the issue occurred when they were driving it into the inspection bay. After a week of waiting I was told the engine had catastrophic failure and they would refund my full amount. Honestly they were very professional about the situation and did their best to help. I only wish they would fully inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. (Edit):Funny how after this review Kevin messaged me upset about the review saying how unfair it was although I spoke in truth and even had the utmost patience with them. He repeated what I had put on my review, seems they read between the lines. The only negative I said was I wish they would inspect their vehicles better prior to selling, but due to the unprofessionalism I will reduce my rating. More

He spent a lot of time with us explaining the vehicle, and went out of his way to take the car to a charger (EV) the day we too Could not be better. He called me the next day to ask how things were going, and was always available for even small questions. Curt in finance was excellent, explained everything and helped us with the final decisions. This is our second car purchase from Subaru in Tucson. Joe Micoletti helped us with the first car, and ordered and tracked this one but was on vacation the day the car arrived, just before the end of the year. Big call-out to Joe for his help and keeping us apprised of the status of the order. Thanks to everyone. Really nice group of folks at a great dealership. More
