Prior to the purchase he was easy to get ahold of and quickly returned all calls and emails to answer any questions, not to pressure me in to a purchase. I don't like shopping for anything let alone a car. Kevin made sure I got in and out with the minimum time and hassle. He and was willing to price match with Chandler subaru superstore so i didn't have to drive to Phoenix for a $500 savings. I did a lot of research on this suv before i went in to the dealership. It is a great car. I would recommend this dealership based on my recent experience. P.S. I went in during the week not on a weekend. More

I made an appointment to meet with Kevin Gribble and after test-driving it, I decided to buy it on the spot. Kevin was as no-pressure a salesperson as you could get, which was the one thing I dreaded about buying this car. I hadn't bought a new car since 2006, and the entire process has changed a lot with the advancement of Technology. The experience was a breeze and everyone I came into contact with was extremely nice! I am so excited about my purchase and feel like I am now a full Subaru convert. I highly recommend Tucson of Subaru and Kevin Gribble. More

Kevin Gribble greeted me, was super knowledgable, and showed me the used car I was interested in. No pressure, just wanted me to get all the information I needed. I offered to come back Sat AM if it was too late to continue, and he said it was no problem- as long as I was there, they'd stay open. I ended up buying the vehicle that evening. The process was smooth and painless, with no surprises, no upselling products and add-ons I didn't want. Jennifer Duran helped me with all the signatures, paperwork, and payment. She was also very knowledgable, pleasant, and made the process super easy. Gotta say, this was an A+, 5-star experience. Thank you Tucson Subaru! More

Spectacular Subaru People Tucson Subaru is the Best automotive dealership in the US! I know that you may say that I’m just putting out a lot of hype but it is true for me. My experience strarted with our Internet salesperson, Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and kind. Kevin is someone that you feel trust and that he really looking out for your needs an Not there to just make money. While Kevin was spectacular, I also found the service dept persons: Dan and Tony to be top notch, along with the finance lady. So.... you might think that this is just a well polished and trained sales technique by Subaru: I don’t think so as I returned a week later for some car accessories and was treated as if I was going to buy another car. I initiated my car buying process through their online sales team - with a goal of cutting down time at the dealership and pressured sales. Kevin was respectful during the initial test drive (when I knew I wasn’t really to buy yet) and didn’t try to pressure me. He continued to be very responsive over emails (including on weekends), matched a counter offer I had from another dealer, and answered all of my questions along the way. Overall I’m happy with my new car and I had a positive buying experience at Tucson Subaru. More
