I was impressed with the communication with Kevin Gribble during the holidays, but during my appointment he had multiple customers he was dealing with. At one point he said he'd be back in 10 minutes and he during the holidays, but during my appointment he had multiple customers he was dealing with. At one point he said he'd be back in 10 minutes and he was gone for close to 40 minutes, making me sit at his desk waiting. That's not a good feeling when you are buying a new vehicle. I was giving the wrong spare key and had to return the next day to exchange it. I know he was hoping for 5 stars, but I did not get the 5 star treatment and I will not lie. Curt did a good job walking me through the financing. I would recommend the dealership as I am very happy with the Subaru brand. I would not recommend Kevin Gribble as a sales representative, as he is spread too thin. More
