Great Dealership I decided to downsize from an SUV I had been driving for 17 years to an 2019 Outback. I had a very good experience with everyone at Tucson Subaru. S I decided to downsize from an SUV I had been driving for 17 years to an 2019 Outback. I had a very good experience with everyone at Tucson Subaru. Sadly, my Outback and I only had five days together before a driver made a turn when he did not have the right of way and he plowed into me. That was the end of the first Outback. Soooo, I was back at the dealership on Friday and now have a 2020 Outback. Both experiences at Tucson Subaru were positive. Now I look forward to just seeing the Service department for routine maintenance for the next three years :). More

Our salesman, Kevin Gribble, found this after asking us about our price parameters and what exactly we were looking for. Tracey Roberts handled the finance paperwork and was really fun to be with. She too was "no pressure" in terms of all the various warranty extras one could add. Really appreciated their hard work, the extra time they both spent on what turned out to be a late Saturday night. Met with them both the following Monday to finalize some paperwork and to learn more about all the electronics available on the car. All in all, it was a really terrific experience. More
