We made an appointment and I drove down from Phoenix to visit the dealership. Kevin greeted me and we talked about what I wanted and after looking at a couple of cars I decided to purchase the Forester. After talking about numbers we made another appointment for me to bring in my trade (another Subaru) and I returned to Phoenix. When I came back a few days later, my new car was ready to go with the accessories I had requested. After a quick visit with Traci in Finance I was headed out the door with my new blue Forester. Everything was super simple, very well explained and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. More

Purchase of a 2019 Forester with trade-in of the 2015 At the end of May I brought my 2015 Forester to Tucson Subaru for a recall and booked in for a test drive of the 2019 model. The sales person I worked with, Kevin Gribble, was very helpful and accommodating and advised me that the vehicle I decided upon was on order, due in the following month, and could be modified to my specifications. It actually arrived on time and within two days I was there to pick it up. A trade-in decision made on that day slowed things down a bit but Kevin was able to put it all together in spite of being busier than usual that morning. Jennifer Duran provided clear finance information and, like Kevin, was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend the dealership and these employees without hesitation. More

I've dealt with salespeople at other dealerships throughout my driving life who obviously had never taken the time to learn anything about their product. As an avid internet-researcher, it really annoys me when *I* know more about the vehicle than the salesperson. This was definitely not the case with Mr. Gribble. He answered every question with detail and clarity. I haven't quite made my buying decision yet (there's one more vehicle I want to drive), but the experience at Tucson Sub was definitely a very positive one. More
