I have purchased three cars from Dorito Brothers Volkswagen in the last five or six years. The sales team is always helpful. The operations and financing management is also very helpful. As far as a car dealership goes, I feel competent that they have my interest at heart as well as their own, which is a good balance. Unfortunately, the current car I own a Volkswagen Jetta 2024 SE is having significant transmission problems. I don't blame this on the dealership at all. It's really just a Volkswagen corporate problem so I don't hold that against Dorito Brothers They have been very helpful. And trying to troubleshoot the issues, but I've been unable to do so after five months of attempts to fix it and three sessions in the shop. More

Why did they charge my wife $50 to rotate tires when they had to remove tires anyways to inspect the brakes.
